Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave, I will come back. The staff were very amiable, pretty hotel. The breakfast was delicious and wonderful with variety of food. My room included central heating, TV set, and ironing facilities. Location: the venue was close enough to large wooded park along the river, and a quiet cove. Gros Donuts, where you can eat great food, was set 25 minutes walk away.

Breakfasts were excellent with fresh fruit and juice daily, some picked right from the garden. The view of the bay in the Spokane River is fine, surrounded by trees. The air conditioning was great. The host has a genial personality and has been doing this for 30 years. Our stay in the King Suite was perfect!

Beautiful setting, comfortable room, with a splendid view of the Spokane River with refreshing air conditioning that provided us with a peaceful night's rest and an enjoyable breakfast with fresh fruit sourced from the host's garden.

Great stay with friends! We spent time at a nearby swimming beach and enjoyed the beautiful picnic areas. Our rooms had amazing views and private spaces, and Eric served us an awesome breakfast with eggs and sausage. Easy access to the local parks made everything fun and relaxing!
One downside was that the air conditioning struggled to keep up during some warmer moments.
